Pink Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla
  • splash of almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/8 cup gluten-free steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and vigorously shake or stir to combine.

  2. Let sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. Serve hot or cold topped with gluten-free granola, sliced almonds, cacao nibs, heart-shaped strawberries, and blueberries.
