Pink Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla
- splash of almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon date syrup
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1/8 cup gluten-free steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and vigorously shake or stir to combine.
Let sit in the fridge overnight.
Serve hot or cold topped with gluten-free granola, sliced almonds, cacao nibs, heart-shaped strawberries, and blueberries.
