Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 Pure (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon beet powder
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Medjool date
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Preparation

  1. Place a bowl in the freezer to chill.

  2. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix in the order listed. If making a thinner smoothie, use extra milk and add ice.

  3. Puree until smooth and creamy.

  4. Transfer to the chilled bowl. Top with a drizzle of PB2 mixed with water, gluten-free granola, and fresh berries.
