Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons PB2 Pure (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 1 teaspoon beet powder
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 Medjool date
- Handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
Preparation
Place a bowl in the freezer to chill.
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix in the order listed. If making a thinner smoothie, use extra milk and add ice.
Puree until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to the chilled bowl. Top with a drizzle of PB2 mixed with water, gluten-free granola, and fresh berries.
