Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Pb smoothie

  • 1/2 C plant milk of choice
  • 1/2 C frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 TBSP powdered peanut butter (or regular PB)
  • 1/2 medjool date

Jelly smoothie

  • 1/2 C plant milk of choice
  • 1 pouch or 1/2 C frozen pink Pitaya
  • 2-3 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 C frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 C frozen cauliflower (or banana)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp blue Spirulina

Preparation

  1. Blend each smoothie separately or together and pour into bowls. This recipe makes 2 servings.

  2. Top with fresh berries, chopped peanuts, and extra PB if desired.
