Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Pb smoothie
- 1/2 C plant milk of choice
- 1/2 C frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 TBSP powdered peanut butter (or regular PB)
- 1/2 medjool date
Jelly smoothie
- 1/2 C plant milk of choice
- 1 pouch or 1/2 C frozen pink Pitaya
- 2-3 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 C frozen blueberries
- 1/2 C frozen cauliflower (or banana)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp blue Spirulina
Preparation
Blend each smoothie separately or together and pour into bowls. This recipe makes 2 servings.
Top with fresh berries, chopped peanuts, and extra PB if desired.
