Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful frozen cauliflower (pre steamed then frozen)
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 30g Oats
  • 1/4 cooked beetroot
  • handful of spinach
  • Tbsp @myproteinuk peanut butter powder
  • Tsp cacao Powder
  • scoop of @myproteinuk chocolate brownie whey

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Top with fresh berries and granola.

  3. Serve in a bowl.

  4. Note: Adding spinach may turn the smoothie green but it still tastes chocolatey.
