Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- handful frozen cauliflower (pre steamed then frozen)
- Handful of frozen berries
- 200ml almond milk
- 30g Oats
- 1/4 cooked beetroot
- handful of spinach
- Tbsp @myproteinuk peanut butter powder
- Tsp cacao Powder
- scoop of @myproteinuk chocolate brownie whey
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Top with fresh berries and granola.
Serve in a bowl.
Note: Adding spinach may turn the smoothie green but it still tastes chocolatey.
