Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries or choice)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • Optional: teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • Additional peanut butter for topping

Preparation

  1. Optional: Choose to make separate layers or combine all ingredients at once.

  2. For peanut butter layer: Blend 1 cup milk, 1 frozen banana, 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup ice, and optional 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower together. Pour into a jar and place in the freezer.

  3. For jelly layer: Blend 1 cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup milk, and optional teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or vanilla protein powder together. Pour over the frozen peanut butter layer.

  4. Add a little peanut butter on top for garnish and enjoy.
