Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup homemade nut milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 - 2 dates
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut or Almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Maca or Baobab (optional)
  • Pinch of pink sea salt (if using no salt added peanut butter)
  • Handful ice

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a bag and freeze them for easy use so you always have smoothies ready to be blended.

  2. Top with shredded coconut or bee pollen.

  3. Enjoy your smoothie!
