Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade nut milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 - 2 dates
- 1 Tbsp Peanut or Almond butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Maca or Baobab (optional)
- Pinch of pink sea salt (if using no salt added peanut butter)
- Handful ice
Preparation
Put the ingredients in a bag and freeze them for easy use so you always have smoothies ready to be blended.
Top with shredded coconut or bee pollen.
