Spiced Vegan Tahini Smoothie Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk or coconut water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 date
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cardamom (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baobab (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or to taste
- Pinch of cinnamon
- A handful of ice
Preparation
Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice.
Top with optional superfoods such as unsweetened shredded coconut, bee pollen, or cacao nibs.
