Spiced Vegan Tahini Smoothie Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk or coconut water
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 date
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cardamom (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baobab (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or to taste
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • A handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice.

  2. Top with optional superfoods such as unsweetened shredded coconut, bee pollen, or cacao nibs.
