Spice Green Smoothie with Kale and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk (I used coconut water for this one instead and tasted amazing too!)
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Portion the ingredients in different bags and put them in the freezer.

  2. When you need to make the smoothie, add nut milk, nut butter if using, and the dry ingredients.
