Oats and Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- Seeds of one big pomegranate, frozen (around 1 cup)
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup nut or oat milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp or 1 Tbsp of almond butter
- 1/4 cup oats
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
Cut a thin slice from the top and bottom of the pomegranate, make vertical slices without cutting through the fruit, split into quarters, and remove the seeds easily.
Freeze the pomegranate seeds.
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top the smoothie bowl with extra pomegranate seeds and quinoa puffs.
