Berry Smoothie Bowl for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen purple grapes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tsp Maca powder (optional)
- 2 tsp Baobab powder (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all until smooth and creamy.
Top with granola, sprouted grains and/or dry fruits.
