Berry Smoothie Bowl for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen purple grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tsp Maca powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp Baobab powder (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend all until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with granola, sprouted grains and/or dry fruits.
