Creamy Breakfast Shake with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp nut/seed butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth.

  2. Add more or less milk to desired consistency.

  3. Pour, top, and enjoy.
