Creamy Breakfast Shake with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp nut/seed butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Preparation
Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
Add more or less milk to desired consistency.
Pour, top, and enjoy.
