Blue Ocean Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 2 cups water (or nut milk)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 dates
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp almond butter or tahini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp blue butterfly pea powder (or blue spirulina)
- 2 cardamom pods (optional)
- 1 tsp Maca, baobab (optional)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Use your favorite toppings to finish.
