Blue Ocean Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water (or nut milk)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter or tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp blue butterfly pea powder (or blue spirulina)
  • 2 cardamom pods (optional)
  • 1 tsp Maca, baobab (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Use your favorite toppings to finish.
