Healthy Vegan Smoothie Bowls with 310 Shakes
Ingredients
Salted caramel
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 dates
- 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Salted Caramel Shake
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup water (plus more if needed)
Double chocolate
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Chocolate Shake
- 1/2 cup water
White chocolate vanilla
- 1 to 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Vanilla Shake
- Small handful Macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients for each smoothie bowl until smooth.
For the Salted Caramel version, top with almond butter, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and fresh strawberries after blending.
