Healthy Vegan Smoothie Bowls with 310 Shakes

Ingredients

Salted caramel

  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 dates
  • 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Salted Caramel Shake
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water (plus more if needed)

Double chocolate

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Chocolate Shake
  • 1/2 cup water

White chocolate vanilla

  • 1 to 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 scoop 310 Organic/Vegan Vanilla Shake
  • Small handful Macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for each smoothie bowl until smooth.

  2. For the Salted Caramel version, top with almond butter, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and fresh strawberries after blending.
