Mocha Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 date
- 1 to 2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 espresso shot)
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 300ml almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a jar, and if desired, top with peanut butter, chocolate chips, nuts, and puffed grains.
