Cinnamon and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- water
- 1 scoop Revolution Foods Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
Preparation
Use a high-speed blender or food processor.
Add water first to avoid anything sticking to the bottom.
Add 1 scoop of Revolution Foods Vanilla Protein Powder, 4 ice cubes, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 frozen bananas, and 2 tablespoons ground flax seed.
Blend until creamy.
