Cinnamon and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • water
  • 1 scoop Revolution Foods Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed

Preparation

  1. Use a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Add water first to avoid anything sticking to the bottom.

  3. Add 1 scoop of Revolution Foods Vanilla Protein Powder, 4 ice cubes, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 frozen bananas, and 2 tablespoons ground flax seed.

  4. Blend until creamy.
