Messy and Yummy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup nut or oat milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen
  • 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla protein
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except the collagen and protein powder and cook until your desired thickness.

  2. Turn off the heat and mix in the collagen and protein powders to avoid clumping.

  3. Top with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, frozen blueberries, peanut butter granola, cashew butter, a square of chocolate, and hemp seeds.
