Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk (or more)
  • 3 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods chocolate fudge protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine the oats and plant milk.

  2. Stir in the chocolate fudge protein powder and cocoa powder.

  3. Add the chia seeds and cinnamon to the mixture.

  4. Gently stir in the frozen cherries.

  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a creamy consistency.

  6. Once cooked, remove from heat.
