Healthy Vegan Waffles with Three Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g oats
- 200 ml plant milk
- cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl to create a base.
Add oats, plant milk, and optional cinnamon to the mashed banana, then mix well to form a smooth batter.
Preheat a waffle iron or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron or pan and cook until golden brown and firm, about 3-5 minutes per side for pancakes.
Serve the waffles or pancakes with desired toppings.
