Easy Three-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200 g oats
  • 375 ml plant milk
  • cinnamon (optional)

Toppings

  • nut butter like peanut butter
  • applesauce
  • fresh fruits like strawberries
  • dried fruits like dates
  • vegan chocolate sauce or vegan chocolate melted over it
  • frozen berries
  • Maybe syrup
  • soy or coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana and mix with oats and plant milk to form a batter

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes, cooking until bubbles appear on the surface

  3. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown

  4. Serve with desired toppings
