Easy Three-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 200 g oats
- 375 ml plant milk
- cinnamon (optional)
Toppings
- nut butter like peanut butter
- applesauce
- fresh fruits like strawberries
- dried fruits like dates
- vegan chocolate sauce or vegan chocolate melted over it
- frozen berries
- Maybe syrup
- soy or coconut yogurt
Preparation
Mash the banana and mix with oats and plant milk to form a batter
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes, cooking until bubbles appear on the surface
Flip and cook the other side until golden brown
Serve with desired toppings
