4-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk (can be almond milk)

Optional additions

  • vanilla extract
  • cinnamon
  • other spices

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary.

  3. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.

  4. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  5. Serve with optional toppings such as sliced banana, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
