Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 200g mashed banana
  • 100g oats or self raising flour (gf if required)
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder (gf if required)
  • 100ml milk (I use soya)
  • A splash of water (depending how thick you want them)

Topping

  • A drizzle of @sweetfreedomuk Choc Shot and Caramel Syrup
  • Fresh strawberries

Preparation

  1. Chop banana and microwave for 1 minute until mushy. Old or spotty bananas are best, and even better from frozen as it creates a natural sweet juice.

  2. Put everything into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  3. Spray some @frylighthq into a pan and fry pancakes on each side for a minute or so.

  4. Top however you like.
