Easy Protein Pancakes with Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk (add more or less to thicken)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops protein powder
Preparation
Whiz the mixture with a mixer to smooth out the banana and make it fluffier and lighter.
Use a light spray on the pan and cook the pancakes.
