Easy Protein Pancakes with Banana Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (add more or less to thicken)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Preparation

  1. Whiz the mixture with a mixer to smooth out the banana and make it fluffier and lighter.

  2. Use a light spray on the pan and cook the pancakes.
