Buckwheat Protein Pancakes with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Protein Powder (I used @macr0mike salted caramel)
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp @natvialiving sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Preparation
Mix almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and sit for 5 minutes until milk starts to curdle.
Mix in dry ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Pour onto a non-stick pan on medium heat. When mixture starts to bubble, flip them over.
Optional but recommended: add toppings such as fresh banana, cacao nibs, peanuts, hemp seeds, and a caramel sauce made from @macr0mike PB+ and maple syrup. Also add a dollop of coconut yoghurt for extra creamy goodness.
