Mini Buckwheat Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (could sub with regular or oat flour)
- scoop of protein (I used @myproteinuk jam roly poly)
- 1/4 cup milk (I used @bornafoods pistachio milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together to combine
Add the milk and stir until a smooth batter forms
Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy
Remove from waffle iron and serve with yoghurt, berries, almond butter, seeds, and syrup
