Mini Buckwheat Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour (could sub with regular or oat flour)
  • scoop of protein (I used @myproteinuk jam roly poly)
  • 1/4 cup milk (I used @bornafoods pistachio milk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together to combine

  2. Add the milk and stir until a smooth batter forms

  3. Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy

  4. Remove from waffle iron and serve with yoghurt, berries, almond butter, seeds, and syrup
