Sunday Morning Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
- 1/2 of rolled oats
- 1 cup of soy milk (or other milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- a splash of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Pop everything in a food processor until smooth batter forms
Depending on what milk you are using you might need to add another 1/4 cup more milk for a smooth consistency
Heat pan and fry each side until golden
Serve with your fave toppings
