Sunday Morning Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of soy milk (or other milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a splash of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Pop everything in a food processor until smooth batter forms

  2. Depending on what milk you are using you might need to add another 1/4 cup more milk for a smooth consistency

  3. Heat pan and fry each side until golden

  4. Serve with your fave toppings
