Easy Protein Waffle Batter

Ingredients

  • 60g Plain Flour
  • 30g Protein (I use Phd Smart Protein)
  • 8g Truvia Sweetener
  • 70ml Milk (I used oat)
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 50ml water (or until desired consistency, depends on the protein powder you use)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a smooth batter, adjusting water for desired consistency

  2. Preheat a waffle iron and cook the batter until golden and crisp, about 3-5 minutes per waffle
