Easy Protein Waffle Batter
Ingredients
- 60g Plain Flour
- 30g Protein (I use Phd Smart Protein)
- 8g Truvia Sweetener
- 70ml Milk (I used oat)
- 1 Medium Egg
- 50ml water (or until desired consistency, depends on the protein powder you use)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to form a smooth batter, adjusting water for desired consistency
Preheat a waffle iron and cook the batter until golden and crisp, about 3-5 minutes per waffle
