Quick and Easy Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 30g Protein Powder
  • 70g Plain Flour
  • 5g Baking Powder
  • 80ml Milk
  • 50ml Water
  • 1 Medium Egg

Preparation

  1. Throw everything into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Cook like you cook a pancake.

  3. Eat the pancakes.

  4. For bonus points, use metal moulds to achieve height and uniformity.
