Quick and Easy Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 30g Protein Powder
- 70g Plain Flour
- 5g Baking Powder
- 80ml Milk
- 50ml Water
- 1 Medium Egg
Preparation
Throw everything into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Cook like you cook a pancake.
Eat the pancakes.
For bonus points, use metal moulds to achieve height and uniformity.
