Overnight Chilled Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 80g oats
  • 200ml water
  • 200ml milk (oat milk recommended)
  • 7g Truvia sweetener (optional)
  • 200g 0% Greek yogurt
  • Protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix 80g of oats with 200ml of water and 200ml of milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then stir for 20 seconds.

  3. Microwave again for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then stir for another 20 seconds and leave to cool for about 5 minutes.

  4. Mix in 7g of Truvia sweetener (optional) and 200g of 0% Greek yogurt.

  5. Add protein powder if desired.

  6. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
