Overnight Chilled Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 80g oats
- 200ml water
- 200ml milk (oat milk recommended)
- 7g Truvia sweetener (optional)
- 200g 0% Greek yogurt
- Protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Mix 80g of oats with 200ml of water and 200ml of milk in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then stir for 20 seconds.
Microwave again for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then stir for another 20 seconds and leave to cool for about 5 minutes.
Mix in 7g of Truvia sweetener (optional) and 200g of 0% Greek yogurt.
Add protein powder if desired.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
