Chocolate Topped Chilled Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g Oats
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 200ml Water
  • 200g 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 7g Truvia Sweetener
  • 25g Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 20ml Milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, water and almond milk in a bowl.

  2. Microwave for 3.5 minutes.

  3. Stir for 30 seconds.

  4. Microwave for another 3.5 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Add the Truvia sweetener and Greek yogurt.

  7. Transfer into a clean bowl.

  8. Melt the chocolate and milk in a cup.

  9. Pour over the top and spread until covered.

  10. Place in the fridge overnight.
