Chocolate Topped Chilled Oats
Ingredients
- 80g Oats
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 200ml Water
- 200g 0% Greek Yogurt
- 7g Truvia Sweetener
- 25g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 20ml Milk
Preparation
Mix the oats, water and almond milk in a bowl.
Microwave for 3.5 minutes.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Microwave for another 3.5 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Add the Truvia sweetener and Greek yogurt.
Transfer into a clean bowl.
Melt the chocolate and milk in a cup.
Pour over the top and spread until covered.
Place in the fridge overnight.
