Chocolate Zucchini Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 70g oats
  • • ~60g freshly grated zucchini • 25g vegan protein powder (optional, makes it really creamy) • 100 ml oat milk
  • •~150 ml water • 1 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds •2 tbsp cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir well and let it simmer for a few min. until you get the consistency that you like! Hope you like it

  2. The blueberries were frozen and I just heated them up and added a few chia seeds to thicken it
