Creamy Vanilla Proats with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 20g vanilla protein powder (I use @vegateam_uk pea protein)
- 200ml any milk (I used almond milk)
- 100ml water
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a bowl and microwave for 3.5 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.
Top with any fresh fruit such as sliced peaches, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
