Creamy Vanilla Proats with Fresh Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 20g vanilla protein powder (I use @vegateam_uk pea protein)
  • 200ml any milk (I used almond milk)
  • 100ml water

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and microwave for 3.5 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.

  2. Top with any fresh fruit such as sliced peaches, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
