Warm Cinnamon Banana Porridge
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 200ml almond milk (or any milk)
- 100ml water
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Pour oats, milk and half a chopped banana into a bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in water and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Stir again and microwave for a further 2 minutes.
Slice the rest of the banana on top and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
