Warm Cinnamon Banana Porridge

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 200ml almond milk (or any milk)
  • 100ml water
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Pour oats, milk and half a chopped banana into a bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

  2. Stir in water and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir again and microwave for a further 2 minutes.

  4. Slice the rest of the banana on top and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
