Microwaved Oat Porridge with Toppings
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 150ml oat milk
- 100ml water
Toppings
- Handful of any nuts and cereal
Preparation
Pour oats and milk into a bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in chia seeds and water and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes.
Sprinkle over your choice of nuts and cereal.
