Microwaved Oat Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150ml oat milk
  • 100ml water

Toppings

  • Handful of any nuts and cereal

Preparation

  1. Pour oats and milk into a bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

  2. Stir in chia seeds and water and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle over your choice of nuts and cereal.
