Simple Porridge Bowls with Berries and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 1/3 cup water
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Preparation
Add 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup oat milk, 1/3 cup water, a pinch of sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, mixing constantly, until the mixture becomes creamy.
Mix in 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed.
Remove from heat and enjoy with toppings such as frozen berries, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
