Simple Porridge Bowls with Berries and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Add 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup oat milk, 1/3 cup water, a pinch of sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a small saucepan.

  2. Heat over medium heat, mixing constantly, until the mixture becomes creamy.

  3. Mix in 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed.

  4. Remove from heat and enjoy with toppings such as frozen berries, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
