Peanut Butter Toasted Coconut Porridge with Vanilla
Ingredients
- Oats
- Handful of coconut chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 heaped tsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup boiled water
- Oat milk
Toppings
- Chia and vanilla pudding
- Banana
- Peanut butter
- Berries
- Chocolate button
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Add 1/4 cup of boiled water and stir the peanut butter smoothly into the oats before adding oat milk.
Cook steadily, adding more oat milk or water as needed, until creamy.
Top with chia and vanilla pudding, banana, peanut butter, berries, and a chocolate button.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
