Chocolate Banana Peanut Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 100ml water
- 70ml coconut milk
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 banana
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- 1tsp peanut butter
- 1 piece of 100% cacao chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and half of the banana in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a porridge consistency, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with the remaining banana, peanut butter, and chocolate.
