Chocolate Banana Peanut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100ml water
  • 70ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tsp peanut butter
  • 1 piece of 100% cacao chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and half of the banana in a pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a porridge consistency, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and top with the remaining banana, peanut butter, and chocolate.
