Cinnamon Spiced Amaranth Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup amaranth
  • LOTS of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Toppings

  • banana
  • blueberries
  • linseed
  • peanut butter
  • coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Simmer all together until soft and creamy.
