Cinnamon Spiced Amaranth Oat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup amaranth
- LOTS of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup water
Toppings
- banana
- blueberries
- linseed
- peanut butter
- coconut yoghurt
Preparation
Simmer all together until soft and creamy.
