Vegan Chocolate Blueberry Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- large handful frozen blueberries
- 1 white peach, chopped
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup water
Toppings
- vegan hazelnut milk chocolate
- banana, chopped
- donut peach
- plum
Preparation
Place the oats, plant milk, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and, when it starts to thicken, stir in the frozen blueberries and peach.
Keep simmering until thick; you may need to add a splash more plant milk.
Serve with the toppings
