Almond Oat Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • a portion of oats
  • almond milk
  • small handful of almond flakes
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Toppings

  • slices of banana
  • brownie bites
  • blueberries
  • a few almond flakes

Preparation

  1. Soak a portion of oats in almond milk with a small handful of almond flakes and 1/4 tsp of almond extract overnight.

  2. Gently heat the mixture in the morning, adding extra liquid where needed.

  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana, brownie bites, blueberries, and a few almond flakes.
