Vegan Banoffee Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 120ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp soya protein
- 2 tsp peanut butter
Preparation
Mix oats, flaxseeds, coconut milk, and smashed banana. Let it sit overnight.
The next morning, mix peanut butter with soya protein, a little milk, and cinnamon.
