Vegan Banoffee Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp soya protein
  • 2 tsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, flaxseeds, coconut milk, and smashed banana. Let it sit overnight.

  2. The next morning, mix peanut butter with soya protein, a little milk, and cinnamon.
