Creamy Vegan Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (I used half oats half oat flour)
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- peanut butter
Protein crumble
- 1 tablespoon vanilla cinnamon protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons plant milk
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight.
Mix the protein powder with milk and crumble it on top of your oats.
Add a big dollop of peanut butter and enjoy.
