Creamy Vegan Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (I used half oats half oat flour)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
  • 1 mashed banana
  • peanut butter

Protein crumble

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla cinnamon protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight.

  2. Mix the protein powder with milk and crumble it on top of your oats.

  3. Add a big dollop of peanut butter and enjoy.
