Super Creamy Peanut Butter Porridge with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Toppings

  • chocolate
  • sliced figs
  • blackberry chia jam
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter into the oat mixture, cover and leave to soak if you have time.

  2. Cook the porridge.

  3. Top with chocolate, sliced figs, blackberry chia jam, and maple syrup.
