Peanut Butter Cup Oats in a Jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk
  • small zucchini
  • 1 scoop peanut butter cup protein powder
  • almond butter
  • blueberries
  • sprouted buckwheat

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup grated cauliflower, and 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk to the stove on medium heat.

  2. While that begins to cook, grate a small zucchini into a separate bowl.

  3. Once the oats come to a boil, add the grated zucchini.

  4. Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of peanut butter cup protein powder.

  5. Stuff the oats into an almost empty almond butter jar and top with blueberries and sprouted buckwheat.
