Vegan Protein Zoats with Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 scoop vegan banana french toast protein powder
- almond butter (from almost empty jar)
- raspberries
Preparation
Add 1/2 cup oats, 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk, and optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower to a pot and heat on medium heat.
While cooking, grate 1/2 zucchini into a separate bowl.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the grated zucchini.
Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 scoop of vegan protein powder.
Stuff the oat mixture into an almost empty jar of almond butter and top with raspberries and additional nut butter.
