Vegan Protein Zoats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk
- optional: 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- almond butter
- Puffins cereal
- vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Add 1/2 cup oats, 1 1/3 cups water or plant milk, and optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower into a pot and heat on medium heat.
While that begins to cook, grate 1/2 of a zucchini into a separate bowl.
Once the oats, riced cauliflower, and water come to a boil, add the grated zucchini.
Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of vegan protein powder.
Stuff the mixture into an almost empty jar of almond butter and top with Puffins cereal and vegan chocolate chips.
