Vegan Protein Zoats with Almond Butter Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 scoop Planta vegan banana french toast protein powder
- Creamy almond butter
- Raspberries
- Vegan chocolate chips
- Additional nut butter
Preparation
Add 1/2 cup oats, 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk, and optional 1/2 cup riced cauliflower to a pot and heat on medium heat.
While the mixture begins to cook, grate 1/2 of a zucchini into a separate bowl.
Once the oats, cauliflower, and water come to a boil, add the grated zucchini.
Turn the heat to low and add 1 scoop of Planta vegan banana french toast protein powder.
Stuff the mixture into an almost empty jar of creamy almond butter and top with raspberries, vegan chocolate chips, and more nut butter.
