- grated zucchini
- 1 scoop peanut butter cup protein powder
Toppings
- vegan chocolate chips
- coconut flakes
Preparation
Combine oats, almond milk, riced cauliflower, grated zucchini, and protein powder in a jar.
Refrigerate overnight or for several hours until set.
