Classic Protein Zucchini Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups liquid (half soy milk, half water)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop fitonomy vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
Preparation
Bring milk and water to a boil, add in oats, chia and flax, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then add in the shredded zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the protein powder and serve with toppings.
