Classic Protein Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups liquid (half soy milk, half water)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop fitonomy vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini

Preparation

  1. Bring milk and water to a boil, add in oats, chia and flax, and cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. Then add in the shredded zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes.

  3. Stir in the protein powder and serve with toppings.
