Banana and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 100 ml filtered water
  • 40 g oats
  • 20 g chia seeds

Toppings

  • Bananas
  • Homemade blueberry jam or fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small container with a lid, mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 100 ml filtered water, 40 g oats, and 20 g chia seeds.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.

  3. The next morning, transfer it to a serving bowl.

  4. If using fresh or frozen blueberries instead of jam, warm them in a pan.

  5. Top with bananas, the blueberry topping, additional chia seeds, and optional sweetener.
