Banana and Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 100 ml filtered water
- 40 g oats
- 20 g chia seeds
Toppings
- Bananas
- Homemade blueberry jam or fresh or frozen blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Sweetener (optional)
Preparation
In a small container with a lid, mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 100 ml filtered water, 40 g oats, and 20 g chia seeds.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
The next morning, transfer it to a serving bowl.
If using fresh or frozen blueberries instead of jam, warm them in a pan.
Top with bananas, the blueberry topping, additional chia seeds, and optional sweetener.
