Chocolate Banana Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 100 ml filtered water
  • 30 g oats
  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • Frozen banana coins
  • Coconut
  • Chopped dates

Preparation

  1. Mix the yoghurt, water, oats, coconut flakes, and chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak up the liquid.

  3. In the morning, stir in the cocoa powder and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with frozen banana coins, additional coconut, and chopped dates. Add sweetener if desired.
