Chocolate Banana Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 100 ml filtered water
- 30 g oats
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- Frozen banana coins
- Coconut
- Chopped dates
Preparation
Mix the yoghurt, water, oats, coconut flakes, and chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak up the liquid.
In the morning, stir in the cocoa powder and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with frozen banana coins, additional coconut, and chopped dates. Add sweetener if desired.
